For Educators
Lincoln Electric has a number of opportunities for educators and schools!
Lincoln Electric Education Partner Schools (LEEPS)
The Lincoln Electric Education Partner Schools or LEEPS program provides schools with the tools they need to help the next generation of welders obtain the credentials needed to advance their careers. Partnering with the National Coalition of Certification Centers, the LEEPS program can provide the curriculum and learning management resources needed to offer stackable welding certifications.
U/LINC
Powered by Tooling U-SME’s learning management system, U/LINC promotes learning and student engagement, while giving the instructor maximum control over their programming.
U/LINC Curriculum is a comprehensive blended learning platform designed to support welding instructors, improve learning outcomes, and enhance the overall welding program.
Instructors can select a pre-built curriculum or customize their own with more than 18,000 pages of materials, from lesson plans and student handouts, to lab activities and PowerPoint presentations. U/LINC makes it easy for welding school instructors and industry trainers to integrate and enhance their welding program.
