Welding Educator Skills Advancement Program (WESA)

Welding instructors are eligible to apply for special pricing of one-week courses in the Welding School Catalog.  Instructors participate as a student throughout the course with hands-on welding and can learn how our instructors teach specific topics and techniques.

We appreciate what you do, so as a welding school instructor, you are eligible to sign up for a week of welding training at a significant course discount. Classes are held at Lincoln Electric’s Global Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio.  Please Note:  This Program is for Welding Instructors Only!

Instructors will:

  • Choose from a variety of classes from standard to advanced courses.
  • Participate as a student and receive training materials.
  • Learn teaching techniques from other instructors.
  • Train on new equipment and consumable technologies.

This program is eligible for the following one-week classes:

  • ALLOY101: Maintenance Alloys
  • FCAW101: Flux-Cored Arc Welding
  • GMAW101: Gas Metal Arc Welding
  • GMAW302 - Gas Metal Arc Welding & Introduction to Cobots
  • GTAW101: Gas Tungsten Arc Welding
  • INTRO101: Introduction to Welding
  • MTRS301: Motorsports Basic Materials Program
  • MTRS302: Motorsports Advanced Materials Program
  • SAW201 - AC/DC Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) Training
  • SMAW101: Introduction to Basic Plate & Sheet Metal Arc Welding
